First time donating blood (Guideline)!

-Each packet of blood can save 3 lifes. So far i have save 12 Singaporean lifes :)

pff i didnt get a needle to numb the pain! pshh, but it wasnt that bad, the needle just looks scary hehe, check out my channel and watch my video of my first time goin!

Donating for the 2nd time in 2 days, and honestly, the needle isn't that big, it's not that painful to be honest; the initial pain of it going in is a bit painful, but after that it's plain sailing. And expect some bruising on your arm a few days afterwards..

interesting that they use anaesthesia. Here in the US, we don't get that.
