GET BACK AT SEIU: When you all go out to eat or go on vacation ask the person you are about to tip if they belong to the SEIU union. If they say YES do not tip them and tell them why. Are you serious? the SEIU beats up African-American men in saint louis and then they stalk a dad who is fending for his disabled son in suburban detroit in the middle of the night. In addition they are holding the State of California hostage, with their fairytale thinking that they are going to get a raise. They are not a best friend and ally to anybody in america.

Good to see Dean championing this bill, as a doctor & as a political leader. Hope he runs again in 2016 and not as a "middle of the road" neo-liberal like Obama. Hasn't neo-liberalism proven itself to be a failure already? It's been 30yrs of rising inequality, increasing corporate hegemony over government to the detriment to the citizenry, mass under employment, quality of life,etc.
We need a move towards the real left not this center right accommodationism,social democracy or at least 3rd way.
