You are pretty quick to think everything is a scam. ADT does go door to door to promote new systems...it's called clover leafing. Also, many people have ADT signs and NO SYSTEM active. The proper thing to do would be to ask for ID and phone to call and verify the employee.

@anothum Well at the time I was a single woman and it was dark outside. A strange man knocking in my neighborhood scared me a little. I apologize if you work for ADT and this video offended you. I just want to make others aware. Besides, I went with my gut feeling. Like I said whether I had the system or not, he wasn't getting in.

i got robbed yesterday at 2 a.m in the morning as i was walking my friend back home, 5 guys came by and robbed us one pointing a knife at me and the other a chain with a lock at the end at my friend. Precaution pls pls dont walk out like that during the night cause its not a nice feeling.
