2) Place in GTA IV / EFLC directory
3) Enter chosen location
4) Press F8

@tyson6511 you imbosile read the description, and if you would have watched the video with both of your eyes open you would know that you have to download my file, place it in a directory which is shown during the video, use those glitches or other mods to get inside the interior, and then use F8 to load it, and the SNT thing is alternative as it also says, so at least get your facts strait before you start mouthing people off over the internet
