Saleen S331 sport truck

i saw this after i left and had to go back to get a vid cuase ive never seen the truck saleen befor this is not at a show either. it was parked some where. comment and rate pleasee.

they are separate because saleen also ownes a company that modifies dodges and cheverolets so they are not a part of ford

just out of curiosity, howd you get the SuperPack 600 to fit your 3v 5.4 liter motor (bored 030 over, you say) if the package is exclusive to the GT500 5.4 4 valve motor, which has a completely different upper and lower intake manifold than 3 valve truck motors... quite a fabrication job to be done there...

and how do you get "turbo boost of about 12 pounds" with a supercharger? just curious

Ford & Saleen are the same, if you go to the Ford dealership you can get, Saleen versions of the mustangs , kits, upgrades, etc. there are not really 2 separate things its just sort of like Ford very high output line.

and i say race me because i;ll whip your ass no problem with a 30 pound nitrous bottle in the back so those out there that say ford sucks and that you could beat o ford i would love to see you beat mine because on a qauter mile strip i average 260 miles per hour buuuuttttttttt lol

it certainly is a ford its a supercharged 331 cubic inch motor made by ford with saleen racing parts i would know this because i have one and im a mechanic my tho....has more than 331 ci because i've since bored the engine 30 over and added a much larger super charger called a SuperPack 600 it now has about 640 horsepower and puts about 598 h.p. to the wheels and it has a turbo boost of about 12 pounds with a K&N high performance air intake system so those who say they wont race this...race me

nice truck f150's are great and saleen is a great company, and for those comments that north american cars are crap the corvette zr1 has the same brakes as the enzo ferrari and cost about 5 million times less, their is a car company outta miami that builds supercars for $100,000 and also eats imports.
