Did you know that for a long time until he died, Rubinstein always played a Steinway? So did Horowitz. I got to meet the man who was piano technician for both of them.

No applause probably because this etude was in a group and another one followed this one, and THEN there was applause, He took the last 3 chords too fast but in general it was fine and fast playing, and clear.

The whole etüde with him is awesome but the octaves at the end...WOW!!!!!!!
