  • i think you did great for riding an arab in reining that is hard work. i have worked with arabs alittle but not a whole lot. they are completely different from quarters so those people that said did bad make then put there head in your hors's butt. lol good job

  • Well, she does need to work on her hands. If the horse is in a snaffle bit, then two hands should be used with light contact, but she interfered ALOT with that horse in his stops. His stops ended prematurely, and he wasn't able to slide as far as he could have.

I don't think it's necesarrily bad riding, they just need some work to give a good polish.

  • Hey i saw she didnt asnwer, but i rode @ her barn & we used Ice tight. or pultice it is also called! :]

  • yep. my old horse used to swish his tail in time with his feet. lol. it got kind of annoying after a while, but it meant he was enjoying himself.

  • agree. so i am right about the tail being up. there is a horse at my barn that every time he gets happy and runs, his tail is so high and he happy bucks.

  • the tail up ALSO signifies an arabian. i actually do happen to know about horses. i've showed reining horses in the derby and futurities, and freestyles, btw.

look up arabian horses on google images, if ur that ignorant. and yes, the rider is pulling a little to hard, but if you've ever shown a horse, especially in a freestyle, all they want to do it GO. you pretty much HAVE to hold them back that much. look how hard it's hitting the ground and how long its strides are.a loose rein=bye bye

  • your horse is so happy and proud, his/her tail was up the entire time! great team work!

  • what did u use to put 95 on your horse??

  • i agree with you. but i dnt know much with arabs, i've always taken a mustang b/c of their sliding stops, and for me arabs just dnt feel correct in the addle of western for me but i like this ride on this video. also there arn't many arbs in New Mexico b/c they're feet arn't made for hard mountain rocks.

  • i think you could yes improve your hands a bit but i still think that was really good. people need to be a bit more helpful rather than just criticizing people straight off. but well done your horse is very nice
