This is excellent! Would this 3 day routine be effective for a guy who looks predominantly to lose weight (I'm 93 Kgs now and my target weight is about 75 Kgs within the next 3-4 months). I also believe that weight training can aid in losing weight as well as muscle gain simultaneously. What routine would you advice me to follow?

Each workout should be done within an hour, depending on load used...more weight usually requires more rest between sets... just try to warm up to one record set for each movement... this is day two of a 3 day per week routine...

Yes this would be effective for losing weight; all you need to do is follow a good natural foods nutrition plan and have patience to lose a pound a week of fat...
