Hello. I'm Ronnie Dixon, from the Dixon Rants, and tonight, I'm going to talk about the 2010 midterm elections, and more specifically, the election that will take place in November between Republican congresswoman Michele Bachmann and Minnesota State senator Tarryl Clark. First off, if you haven't seen it, you should check out my video regarding Michele Bachmann I made back in February (here's an annotation). In that video I outlined many of the reasons why we shouldn't reelect Bachmann, but it doesn't include many other things that I found out about Bachmann recently, like how she wanted to end Social Security and Medicare, how she spent a lot of Minnesota tax payer money to fund her own campaign staffers, which she has more of those than staffers that work on her legislation, how she hasn't written a single piece of significant legislation, how she constantly travels all across the country while Clark campaigns where she should be campaigning, here, and, finally, how Bachmann is on the side of British Petroleum, as opposed to the American people.
However, before one decides not to vote for someone, they should know who to vote for in place of the one that they are being advised not to vote for. Well my friends, that person to vote for would be Tarryl Clark. Tarryl Clark is currently a Minnesota Senator that has done a lot for the great state of Minnesota.
Senator Clark blocked taxes for middle class families and small businesses, and responsibly invested money into science, technology, and jobs. She passed legislation that increased the amount the middle class got back in tax refunds. She passed legislation that lowered tuition fees with federal money. She made sure that those that couldn't afford to continue to pay for heat didn't get disconnected during cold Minnesota winters. She worked with both sides of the isle to expand health care and to make it more affordable. She cut her own salary and made state government programs more efficient, which brought costs down. She helped expand aid for returning soldiers and the G.I. Bill, which provides education to those who served in the armed forces. She fought to make sure seniors had what they needed to survive, including healthcare, food, energy, and lower taxes on those that needed it the most. She also invested in nursing homes. She fought for non-toxic children toys, and made sure that Minnesotans weren't bullied by the banks nor insurance companies. In Minnesota, she helped identify over $350 million dollars in savings. She helped replace the I-35W bridge that fell, as well as replacing a similar bridge in St. Paul that had the same structure, something that Bachmann didn't fight for.
But, as we've seen with Bachmann's record, she doesn't care about the well-being of Minnesotans. But guess who does? Tarryl Clark does.
And an interesting fact: According to a University of Minnesota study, Michele Bachmann is far more conservative than our 6th congressional district!
So it's time to dismantle the establishment, and replace Bachmann with a true liberal: Tarryl Clark. Once I volunteer for the Tarryl Clark campaign, which I've been trying to do, but my schedule has been too busy, I'll possibly post videos on that.

@TTIME55440 You mean less than the majority? You mean the overwhelming majority of Republicans who voted, as opposed to most of the Democrats sitting this out due to voter apathy due to lack of progress due to Republican obstructionism and Democratic weakness? You mean the flood of campaign money from out-of--state from the Tea Partying Bachmann who has written NO legislation and has not done ONE thing that would have served our community?

OMG--you mean Tarryl Clark is an intelligent, Progressive woman? That will never do in the Republican realm. They like them stupid, pointless and backward-thinking.
