Hello Mishka just to let you know that I have been watching these videos back and forth and I am making it my goal to buy the staples I went to the beauty supply store and i did find all of the staples that you use as well as the oils...my hair is braided right now but want to start a regimen...i did find the CHI I found it at target so i went ahead and bought it....question when get the aphogee should i go ahead and start on the treatment

Hi Ms lynn/Flynn how are you? if i understand your question correctly ...you can start on the treatment at anytime you want...but remember only every six weeks or it will break your hair off due to excessive protein.Balance the protein every wash with good moisturizers....(deep conditioner with oils)

hi , i know i love the song too , the company is called...dead sea.....girl let me tell you i use it every other day and that thing i dont think i can live without ..it has shea butter in it which produces oils in the jar and when u apply it to your face it gets a little greasywith the small beads of salt that exfoliates your face..when u rinse it off it makes your face GLOOWW , unbelievable great product. when u get it lemme know how u like it..try ebay if not ross.....ttyl

make sure you're not using silicones if you're not going to be using sulfate shampoos! :)

I knew my ears were not deceiving me, I kept hearing a Jamaican accent on and off. Girlfriend you have alot of staples, I have all the aphogee products that you showed and the 14 in 1, other than that I would have to take out a loan to keep up with you......lol! You did an excellent job of explaining why you use the products you mentioned, keep up the good work!
