Russias Interior Ministry has ordered a complete overhaul of police officer training. The step comes after a series of cases where police officers have abused their powers.

In Russia or anywhere, [State] Authority goes hand in hand with Corruption, people can feel that.
The whole structure is based on extortion and violence.
But, particularly on this case, at least cops will be retrained.
People need to buy more cameras and document abuse.
