i've never got why some ppl have the impression that chris/CP are the egotistic/pompous whatever rockstar sort. i've never got that from them, in fact quite the opposite usually. the only flaw perhaps of this band is that they could maybe branch out/put more diversity into the sounds/emotions. they're excellent at what they do, though. can't wait for the new record!

How could they wonder whether anyone would like X & Y??? It's an amazing album!!! Speed of Sound, White Shadows, A Message, Twisted Logic, X & Y, they're all great songs!! How could they ever have doubted them?

0:41 Coldplay, Beatles, Zeppelin, Radiohead, U2. LOL definitely something I would say. Add R.E.M. and Spoon and they're my top favorites. (Coldplay being the best of the best, of course.)
