  • Hey Rico, I just read your newsletter regarding whey protein isolates. It appears a recent study presents "whey is not alkalizing, ... but is acidic". A rather shocking read indeed. So what protein supplement (if any) have you switched over to? Thanx.

  • @DonTerhune1200cc just don't use a whey ISOLATE but a concentrate or mixture of proteins which still retains alkalizing minerals.

  • @LiftingForLife I just went on your site and looked at 3 or 4 of your videos and found several bad suggestions or tips in them. Judge not lest yee be judged. The most amazingly funny thing I found from an "expert" such as yourself is how soft, plain and undefined of a body you have. Incredible that you pose as someone who you aren't. Hmmmm my body was created by my regimen and yours is a result of yours. I wonder who people are going to listen to?

  • @dgwear69 For the last time: anabolic is a state you put yourself in w/ nutrition and supplements ready to grow muscle. Catabolic is a state where your muscle is eaten up by shitty diet or training very hard. Post workout supplementation keeps you in the correct anabolic mode. If you are so knowledgeable how come you haven't translated your superior knowledge to your body? If you're gonna try and rip me (which you never will) try walking the walk and not just talking the talk. Talk is cheap
