  • @mgdudz im glad to read your message,my husband threw all the appliances that we're not using but the appliances still in good condition, and some of them he gave it away and we have 5 rice cooker, two of them he threw, now i have an idea. Thanks

  • @cbsiiimd It's been great sending them alot of appliances but make sure that you send a very good power converter. I sent them 3.....2- 3,000 watt and 1- 5,000 watt converter. I found them very resonable on e-bay for around $100 each. Good luck

  • Hi, just wondering if thosse electric tools that you got will work back home? Im just thinking of the voltages, im having hard time looking for those stuffs from states side and sending it back home... Salamat po

  • @One1four Yeppers there is a difference in the voltage. here in the US it's 120volts and 220 volts in the Philippines. What I did is to buy them 3 power converters from e-bay..2- 5000 watt and 1- 3500 watt so they can run everything we can send. We've sent them alot of kitchen items as well....fryers microwave, mixer ect...and tools...electric weed eater, drills, saws ect...It is working out for them and haven't had a problem other than making sure they don't plug it into the wall outlet.hahaha

  • Good for you to marry a Filipina who is not really from a poor family, she is provided well. Unlike those filipinas who marry just for money and green card. Ask your wife about this, a lot of those from poor would ask always. Just be good to yoir wife and her family.

Is your wife working? is it ok with you if she is not working? just asking.

  • You are both lucky to have each other. I know of a friend of mine in the US now who married a Filipino guy with US citizenship thru his parents but their relationship is on the rocks. My female friend is a good, decent and educated person. She thought she married a good guy. I hope she will find her happiness.

  • "Joke-joke" - hahaha. Such a cute couple. God Bless you and your family! :-)
