An origami stop-motion animation documenting the life of Sadako Sasaki, who developed leukemia as a result of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima at the end of WWII.
Animation, script and direction by Leonie Connellan, with music and sound by Paul Dossett.

  • the thing that made it worse for me is my birthday is the 5th

  • very sad real story,,,but a lot of young lives has been destroyed by that war,,, some little children ended up even sadder and brutal than Sadako's fate,,, listen to stories of older people across Southeast Asia,,, how their little brothers ended up being tossed up on air and struck by bayonets,,, it was a nigntmare,,,,a real nightmare...i wish i can forget it completely...!!!
