Wirehaired Pointing Griffon - Subordinate Position and Mouthing

Early Conditioned Learning - here 10 week old Simmy demonstrates the "subordinate position" and mouthing... we use the subordinate position to help the puppy learn it's place in the pack (family) order. An adult dog will put a puppy into the subordinate position, so the puppy understands this type of communication naturally. Two methods of effectively dealing with puppy Mouthing is also dealt with in this short video.
