sounds like a pile of shit for lack of maint. any car that gets regular maint done will run for a good while. you obviously never washed the salt off the car to let it rust, and since I know of foci going 200k+ miles, I laugh at your ignorance.

OMFG you are so stupid. I have a ford focus that has almost 142000 miles (yes in the US) and i put 600 miles a week on it. You know how many problems i've had??? 0! not one!!! obviously this car hasn't had proper maintenance and if your too dumb to do it or get it done then don;t complain about the car its your own fault. Jesus i hate it when people are stupid. (and btw my dad had a fleet of (US) focuses and never had one problem either) looks like someone needs to get there head out there ass.

I have 2 Ford Focus... a 2003 sedan SE and a 2005 hatchback SES full equip... No rust on both cars because I take care to wash them well and No engine Problem because I change the old parts for jubber ones or Ford new ones. I put 2500$ on my 2003 and 22$ on my 2005... So it not a shit car, just need good maint. :)

My budy have one man he changes his oil about 5000 to 7500 miles and he have over 285 thousand miles of course he fix thing on it but drives very nice and he does like the car and bud a new one 2012 .
