The April 25th, 2010, Stand with Israel Rally, organized by Beth Galinsky of http://standwithisrael.wordpres.com was a wonderful success.

Participants were encouraged to "stand in solidarity with Israel's right to build and live in its own country" and to "protest the Administration's scapegoating of Israel."

Jewish Action Alliance leader Beth Galinsky states:

The Israeli people feel a lack of support from U.S. Jewish organizations. [ZOA supports them strongly, as I have reported.] Some such organizations are more concerned with their relationship with the Administration or offer Israel platitudes about peace process. On the other hand, former Mayor Koch, who had endorsed Obama for President now feels he made a mistake, because of how Obama opposes Israel.

- The Obama Administration has humiliated and isolated Israel.

- Administration statements and action obviously encourage Arab riots against Israel.

- The White House staffs brazen humiliation of Israels Prime Minister encourages other countries to question Israels legitimacy.

- Administration depiction of Israel as harming the war on terrorism resembles Medieval blood libels against the Jewish people. [Mid East Analysis & Commentary points out that although Gen. Petraeus denied having said that, his Secretary of Defense then issued the blood libel, himself.]

- The Administration is trying to overturn the choice of the Israeli electorate, as if it has no sovereignty.

- Public demonstrations, not quiet diplomacy, are needed to show solidarity with Israel, to stop Obama from undermining Israel.
