Pussycat Dolls-bottle pop(Nicole's tattoo)

This is the look that I saw nicole did in her new vid bottle pop..it was awsome lol so I thought I'd try it.. not that great just being silly.

I'm using of course CG perfect blend eyeliner...as everyone may know that is my favorite eyeliner.
I'm not a tatoo artist so no it's not going to be perfect, I'm just improvising.

NOTE: you can use any eyeliner you please, this is not a look for school although I've seen teenage girls having face paint and stickers on their face. This is a look you could use maybe clubbing or halloween.
