A Venetian type is difficult.
Being possible to constrict returns, and the cut away returns when it tries to bend can constricted, and when the cutter way is bent when bending it by the hand, it tries to make it from the jig because ours was not able to make so good [umaku] though the jig was made.Florence-Type is very easier.It is easy to crack when grain such as the backs and the Hawaiian cores is complicated.
