  • What was the name of the pad you used instead of parchment paper? Thank you!

  • @reginadma It's a silpat silicone baking mat. It works really well, and can be found in kitchen stores and online.

  • Julie: Can you please tell me where I can buy that nifty roller you use to make the crackers?

  • @MrsWinnetka I think that I got it from a cooking store. I believe that the brand is Fiesta. It works great because it's silicone, so the dough doesn't stick as much. Thanks!

  • is unbleached flour same as the regular all purpose flour or plina flour?

  • @araliciousfamous Yes and no. Both unbleached all-purpose flour and regular (bleached) all-purpose flour will work in this recipe. I just prefer to use the unbleached flour.

  • Thanks!

  • Wouldn't it've made more sense just to given out the recipe with measurements while doing this video instead of sending people off on a wild goose chase?

  • Well, this will get me started. My quest is to try and copy the cracker that is in the military food called MRE. They are thicker and heavier than saltines and don't shatter when you eat them. They are crunchy, to a fault, and wonderful. I loved those crackers but I'm not buying a 6 dollar MRE just to have one. :-D Might you have any ideas or point me in the right direction? BTW You have such beautiful eyes... Great video... Thanks for sharing.

  • Very hip cool woman making fabulous CRACKERS!!! Nice Video.

  • @lovedog49507 I use my pasta roller that I bought for my KitchenAide stand mixer. Works great!
