Considering most of the FFXI OST music is already up on youtube, I figured I would put up some of the more rare tunes. Not necessarily 'hard to find', but not as widely heard as the rest of the soundtracks. This game was a considerable part of my life for some time, and though I no longer roam in Vana'diel, I still hold the soundtracks very dear to my heart.
This is an orchestral rendition of the Ronfaure Theme, performed as part of the tour de Japon. Tour de JAPON music from FINAL FANTASY is a concert tour featuring music from the Final Fantasy video game series that toured Japan from March 12 to April 16, 2004.
If you played this game to any level, you likely heard this theme.

I wish forever and a day I could play this game. It's been too many years since I have, and I miss it dearly. I try to explain to my friends how much this game meant to me, but to no avail, so now sometimes I sit in my room all alone late at night listening to the ffxi soundtrack, reminiscing.

I remember the pain and agony leveling your sub job to 37 but it was sure damn worth it with the music

I remember the first character I made was an elvaan and I met some mithra WHM in this area. we teamed up, killed some orcs, and then sat near a campfire... watching the heat effects in awe.
then the orcs respawned and we died.

I play wow and ffxi. Each have their own pros and cons, but one thing I love about ffxi is the music.
So much so I bought the soundtrack! :D
