The former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi has said that the sale of Andrew Flintoff to Chennai Super Kings during the 2009 IPL player auction had been manipulated. Modi, in an interview, was asked about the arm-twisting in IPL and he said and I quote 'I was arm-twisted to allow Andrew Flintoff to go to Chennai Super Kings. I'm to blame for that. It's a fact'. We want to tell out viewers that IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings belongs to India Cements whose owner is current BCCI President N Srinivasan. Modi also claimed that the exclusion of Pakistan players from the IPL from the second season in 2009 was because of "arm-twisting" by BCCI officials. For more log onto: http://alpha.newsx.com.
