Thanks for posting this. I like this one because there are varying skill levels intead of everyone being so perfect I can't see what they're doing. I like doing PLP and spend at least half of my moving time on that. I'd be greatful for some video of exercises you routinely do when there aren't any cones set up. Thanks again.
