my high school does this training program and it helped our team a ton. we went from a middle of the pack team to 6th best in the state. we even beat the # 1 team but we didnt win state

This is not retarded.. This program is created by some of the best pitching coaches in the U.S. I used to work for Ron at his baseball ranch. This stuff is awesome, trust me.
