HAARP. You can see that all the energy is concentrated on that same point. It's NOT power lines since this is filmed in Tokyo and there are no power lines doing that in the streets below.

I heard one theory it was nukes that set a massive rockslide (in a place without history of rockslides, just like the Thai/indonesia earthquake) And recently a Russian general bragged they had did it and will do it again to the US or any other country that messes with them. This is really good to know about, people may think it's something else. I saw one blow up that was small right outside my apartment, this is what can happen and did to me...I opened my car trunk and there was this horrible blast and I thought a bomb was planted in my car and I was wondering why my body felt undamaged...The transformer on a pole decided to blow the instant I opened the trunk, huge flash of light and ear splitting boom, the building had no power til they fixed it hours later.
