ABC News reports on the Posada trial

ABC News reports (4/29/07) on the upcoming (May 11) trial (on immigration violations, not for terrorism) of Luis Posada Carriles. Two errors in the introduction - "Fidel Castro" did not accuse the U.S. of a double standard with respect to terrorism; the Cuban Government (and many others) did. And the idea that Posada is not a terrorist, but that just "some call him a terrorist," is ludicrous. This is a man who was CONVICTED of possessing 30 pounds of C-4 explosive. Above and beyond all his other crimes, which are well-known but never proven in a court of law (kind of like Osama bin Laden), that's pretty much the definition of a terrorist.
