do you have any daytime tests without the rock and roll music and editing. in other words, something straight forward?

@c2camera I bet you shot that in 24p on the 7D and the 5D mk II right? When you export and render using Quicktime in the H.264 codec you are always going to have less quality if you were to render with the Sorenson H.264 directly to MPEG-4. The really big thing most people stumble on. YouTube streams in 720p 30 fps not 24 fps. So going for the "cinema look" with 1080p 24fps is pointless and counterproductive in terms of image quality, file size, export/render time and upload time.

Beautiful.

@c2camera dammit. I guess the delay would make it a bit weird to pull focus, but at the rate at which technology is progressing I'm thinking faster/more efficient codecs are right around the corner along with newer wifi protocols. I'm looking at this product as baby for what's to come. Either way I'm excited to see things like this.

@prowlaman there is about a 1/3 second delay to computers, and the delay on the ipad is much longer. teradek is speaking with apple about how to fix the ipad/iphone delay in the future. that makes pulling focus impossible. the major advantage of this is that your director & client can have a live feed from your cameras anywhere in the world via wifi at an absurdly low price.
The hdmi cube is around $1600
