The best cardio machine ever!!! I have lost more than 75 lbs in 1 year. I do, 130 steps/minute for 5 minutes, then145 steps/minute for 45 minutes, then 175 steps/minute for 5 minutes and finally 220 steps/minute for final 5 minutes before cooling down everyday. At intensities beyond 140 steps/minute you can not climb straight, you need to lean, believe me!!!

Good advice, but does leaning over work the BUTT muscles more? Is a stair stepper the fastest way to get firm from down under?
