Job Application for google chrome notebook

My Application to work with chrome OS team.
I explain what I used to think about chrome OS and how it changed when first used it.
I explain why would I be a good candidate to try google chrome notebook.

Sorry if you can't understand my accent. Here is everything I said:

Hi! My name is Parth; I am 18 years, student at university of California Riverside. I am double majoring in Physics and Computer Science.

When Chrome OS first came, I asked myself "do we really need another OS?" I thought Google made android because Google was afraid that apple's iOS would completely control the mobile industry. But in personal computer there are already two very strong and competitive OS, Mac OS X and windows.

I was confused at first but when I used chrome OS in my own computer, I realized it is something else; it's not regular computer with confusing files and files with confusing language. It was straight forward Internet and that's it.

I realized how important it could be in many ways. It is very easy to use enabling many people to use web very easily. I remember the days back in India, in 2003, where we had a win95 computer with 64 MB ram and 16 GB of hard disk. It was really costly, so we had to buy a used one. All we used it for was paint and card game. We didn't have internet till 2005. It was dial-up, with highest speed of few bytes per second. In my high school, we only had ten computers and only one with internet for 2000 students.

I think the American dream of one computer per child can be very easily achieved with Google chrome notebook. That is easy but I think more challenging is achieving same goal in other countries like India China and South America. Chrome has potential to achieve this goal because of its easy usability and cheap price.

Why should I get a chrome notebook? There are hundreds of people with more knowledge than I do. Why me?

I think for any kind of achievement a person needs, with great mind, inspiration. For example Apple, Microsoft and Google were created by great minds who had a lot of inspirational events in their early life.

I might not have awesome brain like Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, but I have a lot of inspirations to make me keep working and working until I achieve my goal. My goal is to work with Google chrome team to make it really affordable and easy to use and I will achieve it.
I moved to USA in May 2005 with my family. I knew little to no English. I had a goal back than to work hard and be able to speak and write English. I am getting As in my college writing class.
If I get one chrome notebook I would take it seriously; I will take it as my job.
I have few ideas in mind:
To make it easy to use with many other devices I would like chrome OS to recognize external device, and automatically download appropriate driver for it. I use a lot of different kind of devices like camera, tape recorders, gaming devices, mp3 players. In addition to that I am computer science major, so I have a lot of nerdy friends with weird things. Plus in physics labs almost everything is done with different devices. So I think it will be really helpful to test variety of devices to make chrome OS smarter.
In addition all the work in college is done and shared with Google docs. I think this could be really nice opportunity to improve Google docs online and offline versions' compatibility with Google chrome OS.

I would also like to recommend chrome notebook to my Physics teacher, professor Seto, because he uses windows and all he uses is internet. He gets very frustrated when he has to wait for long time to get online and very annoyed when he has to deal with all the pop-ups for updates. Almost every other day he ends up asking us for help with his computer.

I see really bright future for Chrome OS. With just little more work, chrome can achieve many goals. And to make chrome OS better, a lot of people like myself can help it get better by using the chrome OS in its beta version regularly.

dude com1 in2003 its not INDIA its you who was outdated.......i guess most of us here in INDIA had win XP den.. ... n minimum 40 GB was pretty com in 2001 forget 2003....OR else u belong to a REmote village in INDIa...... no disrespect ..just felt lik sharing ....this thought....
