Dale quotes from personal experience that it was difficult for her to move on from one relationship; however, when she finally did, wow she did get something better. It's important not to forget who we are and that rejection is not always a bad thing. One of Dale's mentors and dearest friends said to her "Man's rejection is God's protection." God sees what we can't see. Looking back, this statement has proven true on more than one occasion. Initially especially when we are in love, this is not always easily seen.

Moving on brings closure to the old and opens the door for the new. We can't get the new if we hold on to the old. Move on. Let it go. Embrace the new.
