@zudah369 never mind 2006, we are past that now. We had the 2010 Olympics and Canada got 14 golds and pathetic russia only got 3 LOLOLOLOLOL. And it was the Soviets that got all those golds before, since all those countries got away from you, russia is now useless with bad showings and never a gold medal in hockey. And russia has many war crimes but no great feats in war. The Afghans beat you when you invaded in 1980

It was a great series with great players but the only reason this series was as close as it was is because the GREATEST in the world did not play and that was BOBBY ORR!!!

Since 1976 there have been 11 hockey tournaments where every country has sent the best players they have. Canada has won 7: Sweden 1, Czech Republic 1, USA 1, and USSR/Russia 1. That should tell you who the best hockey country is.

I am trying to tell you they didn't stop a world war, they defeated Germany in world War II, and, as for World War I, they were defeated my Germany. @zudah369I never said Canada is the best country in the world and Russia is the worst in the world.I have been to both and I definitely prefer Canada.If you were raised in Canada I would be surprised.Your ability to write english is poor at best.I do believe Canada is better than Russia in hockey at every level( juniors, seniors, women)and our record would support that statement. If you are raised in Canada,you gain your livelihood here,and you are supporting another country?You are a Betrayer!

@lindsman68 no srry,im from like alot of different places then russia,i didnt grow up in russia either,i dnt htink i should study the history of my entire family tree..and im pretty sure a world war is something alot of people actually remember,and russia stopping germany didnt stop a world war?well germany was the capital of the nazi world,when that fell,the rest of national nazism followed.and russia fought in one of the bloodiest battles in history,stalingrad,which opened the gates to germany
