The truth is, when we change and when we try to excel in life, there will always be somebody there to stuff us back in the box they created for us. They don't want us to get out of the box or they will have to change the way they interact with us. That's what happened to me. One son told me I was not smart enough to write a book and that the only reason I was doing it was for validation that I had value. These people who claimed to love me succeeded in breaking my spirit big-time. However, that lasted only an hour and I was smart enough to call another son who helped me get back on track and renew my spirit and drive to go on in spite of the obstacles.
