I have the emulator and the real game, but my PS broke so I just use the emulator now.
Don't remember where I found the BIOS though

i wish they did a remake of the original one it had a great story and alot of potential but was blotted out by final fantasy 7.

You can easily download the ISO, a ePSXe emulator over the Internet and there you go.
