Not even sure that Gripen can compete whit that, Gripen dosent have the reverse gear as the Viggen, so eather the runway need to be wide enof to turn around or the you need a truck to turn the Gripen, Viggen dose it by its self....

There's no cooler military aircraft in the world than JA 37 Viggen!

(And there's no more beautiful fighter aircraft in the world than Draken!!!)

Look at a STOL clip (extremely short take off and landing) with a roll directly after take off and just enjoy!!!! How many aircrafts (even todays included, except Gripen) in the world can compete with Viggen on that, moreover in less than 1 minute!!!.....

Viggen is the only aircraft in the world that can give a grown man goosebumps! Gripen may win in a dogfight today, but she will never get the nations respect as Viggen did. Btw, thank you for this sweet clip! =)
