this one IS NOT with the Hot 8 Brass Band. I didnt catch who these younger guys were, I saw them take off at the front of the parade (riffing on the Backstreet boys "everybody") as it made its turn at the Rallys by North Miro and St Bernard. This spot is a regular second line stop for a breather, some fresh drinks and some Bittles with the Vittles (get the pork chop sandwich with extra barbecue).
