Carp Fishing - Blackstone Carp Presents: Birthday Carp

August 2nd I had a sit down carp fishing session at the bend in the river at River bend Farm. Caught a few mirror carp and some common carp , had some fun..over all though I wasn't as happy with the footage as I thought I would be. SO we headed back out on August 4th to redo our anniversary episode..well in my haste I didn't put together that it was Liz's birthday. Luckily for me she enjoys being out there as much as I love to fish and our anniversary episode turned more into a birthday episode. Enjoy!

@DSAchilles Haha thanks. They aren't that bad..as long as you understand they could hurt you and treat them as such.

I used to catch them in a swamp near my childhood home and bring them home to my mom in a small red wagon covered in a box..she'd freak out when she lifted the box...I was a horrible kid.

Kinda glad we don't have those snapping turtles in this country as I'd probably be missing a few fingers if we did.

Happy Birthday to Liz. Looks like u had a great day. WOW the Snapper was huge. Great info you shared about the Turtle. I was just there today. I was wondering why they put steps in? I bet that cost a pretty penny. LOL the bloopers were great!! I enjoyed ur video!! :)
