we went on thursday, at like.... 9:30, an we got cit passes so we didnt have to wait

Thursday would probably be a better day to go. I would recommend buying the tix online so you aren't standing in line for the ticket purchase.

The BEST way to get in any place like the Shedd or the Museums here in Chicago is to order the tix online. You bypass the crazy lines and you are guaranteed to get in.

you have to go early in the morning or else it's difficult to get in, and i think they stop selling tickets 30 minutes or more before they close. it's really fun there.

i whent to the Shedd Aquarium once, but the line was massive. We didn't get to go in.

If you like sharks check out adoptashark(dot)com it´s a website where you can adopt a shark, even a great white, with a satellite tag and they tell you where it went in the ocean, how deep, and more, very cool
