Questions. Can you post a video of the actual cutting in action? How do you deal with the dust? Did you build the router or is it a branded tool?

Who said magic? The title is missleading and thats clear without any speak of HokusPokus. If I post a video titled Me Fukcn a girl (with the implication of gaining knowledge of how to get in a hot chicks pants) And I just show a video of her standing there it is missleading to say the least.

Aggreed. CF is a got to cut well, I have found it blunts toool really fast, and as you mention the dust is a pain in the ass too... I guess you have to have the tool speed set just right... and very shallow cutting each time. And good sharp tools bits.

cf is a pain in the ass. carbide is fucking hopeless on it. we do loadsa stuff for honda, mclaren etc f1, ganassi indy stuff etc. cuts easy, so abrasive though

Use Dimmond tools is the only way I know.
