on mine it runs a launch.exe that runs a bunch of files but it wont work i typed

and saved it as .inf but it did not work is it my pc? [windows starter]

how do I make an autorun that will run automatically, without asking you if you want to run it or open the folder (as in 1:07 ?)
also, imagine I have my pen (F:). Inside it I have the autorun; I have a folder and inside that folder I have the program that I want the autorun to run when I plug the pen. How do I do this?
