Two of our compagnons got lost in the jungle in brazil. Seems like they are enjoying the simple life in Itacaré, Brazil.
Safari receipe for a «dorado a la plancha»
- catch or buy a dorade fish
- clean, disembowel and scale it proberly
- wrap it with seasalt and garlic
- stuff it with fresh patatos, lettuche, tomatoes and more garlic
- wrap it in banana leafs and aluminium foil
- grill for 60 min.
- prepare salad or rice
- invite your friends and ENJOY!
