@Nexalli lumens don't stack like that you don't get 5100 lumens frome 3 26 watt cfl ( 1700 x 3 =5100)......it doesn't work like that you can have 10 lights putting of 1700 lumens and your still only gonna get 1700 not 17000....it just doesn't work that way....sorry....the bigger light he has there will provide more although you still really need to have just as many of them for a given number of plants....which would make much more heat than just using 26 watt bulbs..its just a trade off

Sorry to break this to you man, but equivalent wattage does not have anything to do with lumens. Those 65w=300w CFLs only put out 3900 lumens. You can get more lumens from 3 26w CFLs (1700 lumens ea. for 5100 lumens total) and those 3 would only cost you $7.50 total. Less if you buy a 6 pack. I'd say get 3 of the 26w at 2700k (red) and 3 of the 26w at 6500k (blue) and mixxing them together with 2-way fixtures. So for around $15 you could get about 11,000 lumens and also cover more sq ft.
