@oceanracer100 It's probably most likely a satire of how women in the 90s in Japan were much easier to approach, quicker of assumption (not thinking the situation through) and far more unjust towards the other gender. Akane never gives Ranma the chance to explain himself, never learns from her mistakes (such as trusting Ranma he's not a pervert, let alone interested in women's underwear), unattractively violent and overall complete klutz. Bottom line: Akane just isn't worth it... at all.
