@MrMike77471 I'm a life-long listener of Rush, I know what the man is and who he thinks he is. He's courageous and right, but I can tell you the joke made a few uncomfortable, and its not arrogance to call his joke blasphemy.
Liberals joke about blasphemy.

@hecdc - Oh please!! That joke has been around for several years, and Rush did NOT originate it. He was merely repeating it, & if you knew anything about Rush or the joke you would know that he's actually poking fun at HIMSELF & liberals' perception of him through that joke. Before you criticize someone, you really should pay more attention to things like context. Also, don't you find it a little arrogant taking it upon yourself to call someone blasphemous when you don't even know the facts?

The God joke is in bad taste, I love the man, but blasphemy from a self-professed Christian is unacceptable. I hope he does not repeat it.
