A) Mirah is awesome.
B) I can get the transfer you do, but I cannot figure out how to get the flame to shoot out as a ball instead of just a column still connected to my mouth. Any help would be awesome! Maybe its a fuel choice...?

This video was made with Coleman camp fuel (white gas). You expand your mouth to hold as much vapor as you can (with just the little bit burning at the top like a pilot light). When you want the flame to shoot up out of your mouth you constrict your mouth and close your lips.

This should cause all the vapor that you have stored to shoot up towards the other torch and ignite. By just constricting your mouth (and not using your lungs to breath out) you are not adding any CO2 or other gases to the mix and you should be able to have the fireball detach from your mouth.

any tips on the fume transfer?? and the vortex thing? what fuel are you using? been experimenting with eating for a while, i have a vid if your keen

white gas as the fuel.. and as far as the vortex, no wind. ha. you just have to pull straight down smoothly
