  • Weve been using Pidgeon Pea, leaucina and Cha om ( An edible but spiky tree) PPea is a great fast growing medium term tree, leaucina and Cha om are more long term, but still fast growing. They all make good chop and drop material, with Cha om offering a tasty green, traditionally cooked with egg in Thailand

  • Great video. We are starting to grow a food forest in south thailand. What legumes did you put in there ? We have started with mung, black bean, soya, sweetpeas, green beans, cow pea. What legume trees should we plant ?
