This is a 7.4V Li-ion Battery made of four 18650 cells. The pack capacity is 4400mah. The whole pack is sealed in thick, hard rubber, they feel very solid. The plug fits the MagicShine lights and chargers (*** SEE BELOW!) . I like the flat form factor better than the original MS battery: they'll fit easier in pockets of all sorts: panniers, jersey, shorts, etc. We'll see how well it works!

I got mine from BatterySpace: http://www.batteryspace.com/li-ion18650batterywithwater-proofcoatingrubber74v...

*** See my other video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liqx6Cektfg - there is a difference between the plugs that may affect you depending on how you're using/mounting your batteries and lights.

  • Thanks for posting. Will my light plug direclty in or does the plug have to be changed? Also, can I use the same charger, and if not, which one on Batterspace? Lastly what's the capacity compared to the standard MS battery?
