This is a YouTube attempt to encapsulate a several hundred dollar service. A personal style consultation is a tool to unfold the mystery of fashion and overcome the driving consumerism that gives the "I have nothing to wear" syndrome no matter how much is spent on clothes. Knowledge of color harmony and personal style helps anyone at any age overcome the modern predicament where more is never enough, and no matter how hard we try, we don't feel confident about who we are and how we look. This age old knowledge of color harmony can address the most overdeveloped sense of being out of place and incapable of having fun with fashion.

  • i thought yellow was added to the spring palette, not white? White is added to the summer palette.

  • @sneighwena Thanks for your comment: White is the key ingredient used to create lightness and brightness when added to an "out of the tube" color, thereby giving the colors a spring-like color effect. If Gray is added it softens and mutes down a primary color creating a summer harmony quality. Yellow is added when an earthy/rich color range is desired.

  • Wonderful series of videos. I learned a lot. The sound quality sucks but the information is great. I agree fully with the comment about consumerism.

  • Thank you for your comments. My sister pointed her camera at me and basically said start talking about what you do. Yes, the sound quality was poor. I am working on a live program that I think will be dynamic and fun! Again thanks for responding, it means a lot.

  • Thank you so much for ur help. I hope that u do well with ur new website.

  • So sorry for my delayed response, I am working very intensely on a new website. Your questions are good. Your colors never change, if you tan it is the" value" of your colors that deepens. As far as your hair color, be careful of not going too reddish brown which is a tendency with dark brown hair. Beware of highlights if you are winter because they often turns brassy and you loose your winter coloring or contrast.

  • Wonderful. I have a question for you. What if I dye my hair? I am a winter who likes to play with my hair... My natural hair color is between dark brown to middle but mostly dark. I sometimes like to dye with some highlights, and it turns to brown or something.

Will I have to keep to same palette color? In addition to that, I sometimes like to get tanned. Does it affect my winter palette too?

    I appreciate your comment.

  • Outstanding. I learned a lot and I related to it as a man, when I heard about some of the male examples that were used.

  • right it is politically correct but consuming is an art not to be denied either, don't you think? Often activists think you gotta look ugly to show some kind of solidarity with the downtrodden...?!!

  • Hella you are really going to help bring beauty to a world that needs it and not consumerism
