Does anyone know what the original quotation about Margaret Thatcher was - "Her heart may be in the right place but her..." - and who said it? Just curious.

The reason we do not see this quality nowadays imo is because everything in this brilliant sketch is as with a lot of comedy from years ago, it is taking the mickey out of things.
Nowadays OH NO This is not allowed, some one will be offended by something. We cannot risk that happening !
Obviously it could never happen, but just imagine if these two were still about now and created a sketch to do with the current Politically Correct minefield of nowadays what it would be like.

@pib712thesecond due to the nature of his subject his character struggled when Barker asked him the question within a question "what sort of artist" he had to give the answer to "who is dean martin". hope this helps :)
