@MrKleen73 thanks for replying, I work out 5 days a week i weight 196 pound and I do want to look better and stronger with a smaller waistline. my calorie intake, I have no idea, I just stay away from junk food and don't eat after 10pm. thanks for your help man.

hi am trying to loose 15 pounds by December, am doing cardio and crunches, what do you recomend? thanks

@jakaddams Are you only trying to lose weight or do you want to look better and be stronger with a smaller waistline? If you are not lifting weights you will not lose fat as fast. More muscle means more calories burned even at rest. Honestly there is a ton to go into here with that question and not enough info. Send me a message with your weight and how many calories you are eating currently and how what/how often you do the workouts. I can give you a few tips and guidelines. 15 lbs is doable.
